Project Manager with French
Summary
Manages payment security projects for French and international banks, focusing on 3D Secure authentication systems and ACS maintenance using Java, MySQL, and Agile methodologies.
The opportunity
Operating in various European countries, the Digital & Fraud Services designs, implements and hosts applications to secure and authenticate payments.
As part of this team, you will be in charge of application upgrades and ACS (Access Control Server) maintenance projects for major French and international banks, guaranteeing for cardholders a strong authentication service on Internet payments (3D Secure world).
Day-to-day responsibilities
As a technical project manager, you will:
- Design and implement solutions by participating in all phases of a project, in a stimulating and empowering environment
- Analyze the client’s needs and develop innovative solutions by taking into account all of the client’s challenges (business, functional, technical, and security-related)
- Participate in the costing and functional support phases with the pre-sales teams
- Implement solutions in collaboration with members of the project team and technical teams (systems, networking, etc.)
- Work in a Hybride mode with the developers pool
- Production service management :
- Operate, maintain, and optimize solutions
- Implementation of DevOps (automation, continuous delivery, monitoring) from development through to service operation

You are an engineer with :
- Good project management skills (V cycle, Agile, etc.) and knowledges on Web developments (Java (JEE), MySQL, Angular, HTML5+CSS3, APIs SOAP ou REST)
- Although they are not required, you're already familiar with these technologies: IntelliJ, Docker/OpenShift/WSL, GraphQL, GitLab/JUnit
- From 2 to 4 years' experience in the payment domain
- Ability to communicate in French/English (advanced) with customers and internal teams
- A taste for innovation, analysing and solving technological problems
- Good communication skills
