Quantity Surveyor [SL]

Read, interpret and understand construction drawings, specifications and project documents, and carry out quantity measurements accurately.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and other relevant quantity surveying documents.

Review and understand tender documents, contracts, specifications and contractual terms and conditions.

Analyse quotations, prices and rates, prepare rate build-ups and carry out project pricing.

Perform contract administration, including payment valuations and the assessment of variation claims in accordance with contractual requirements.

Coordinate and carry out all tender-related activities required for the procurement and securing of new projects.

Ensure all assigned duties and deliverables are completed within stipulated timelines and project requirements.

Support other business-related activities of the holding company when required.

Work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives.

Participate in company activities, including corporate social responsibility and charity events.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
