Protection Assistant (GBV Caseworker)
• Provide GBV case management & psychosocial support
• Conduct referrals, follow-ups & case closure
• Deliver counselling to survivors
• Work in safe spaces with community structures
• Ensure strict confidentiality & survivor-centered care
🎯 Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in protection/GBV work
• Degree in Social Work, Social Science, Law or related field
• Experience in case management & referrals
• Strong communication in English & Amharic
• Ability to work in emergency/complex settings
