🔍 Role Summary:
• Conduct protection monitoring in IDP/refugee & host communities
• Collect and analyze protection data (Kobo/field tools)
• Identify at-risk individuals & support referrals
• Work with community networks & stakeholders
• Report on protection trends and needs

🎯 Requirements:
• 1+ year humanitarian/protection experience
• Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences/Law/Social Work
• Experience with data collection & reporting tools (Kobo preferred)
• Strong MS Office skills
• Fluency in English & Amharic (plus local language advantage)
