Python Developer – Monitoring & Automation
Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 6,500 per month
About the role
We are looking for a Python Developer to join our IT Systems Monitoring Team. Our team is responsible for implementing full-stack monitoring across all business systems. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing self-healing scripts for monitoring alerts. You will analyze current alerting mechanisms, design automated remediation solutions, and integrate with business and ITSM systems to ensure operational resilience.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based self-healing scripts to automatically resolve recurring monitoring alerts and reduce manual intervention
Integrate with business systems and ITSM platforms to programmatically retrieve data, extract alert details, and execute remediation workflows
Implement logic to evaluate remediation validation
