Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in FastAPI and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, experience building microservices, and knowledge of cloud-based application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, ECS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Develop database integrations using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2, and AWS IAM where appropriate.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Write unit tests and integration tests using Pytest.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them using ECS or EKS.
- Monitor application logs, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and Agile development methodologies.
