QA/ UAT Tester (Major Commercial Firm) 24k

Salary: $18,000 – $24,000 per month

Job Duties

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Conduct gap analysis and develop functional specifications.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirements elicitation.

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.

• Maintain project documentation, including timelines and status reports.

• Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

• Coordinate UAT activities and document test results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis or project coordination.

• Experience with UAT processes and methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus.

• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
