We move fast, operate with high ownership, and are building something the industry's biggest players haven't been able to crack. ### About The Role As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and providing improvement feedback for Softnet (web dashboard) and Softstream (remote desktop application) products. Your role will involve creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to enhance the overall user experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Softnet (web dashboard) and Softstream (remote desktop application) * Perform manual and automated testing on both products * Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using our project management tool * Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues * Provide constructive feedback for product improvements ### About You **Key Requirements** * 5+ years of experience as a QA with web applications and Windows desktop software * Experience with automated testing * Experience with at least one of the following: iOS, macOS, Linux, Android * Experience with at least one test plan system * Experience with at least one ticketing system (e.g. Jira or Clickup) * Basic Windows and Linux command line experience * Basic knowledge of RDBMS concepts * Familiarity with Git version control system * CI/CD pipeline experience * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment **Nice-to-Have** * Customer support * Programming and scripting languages * Team leadership * Knowledge of remote desktop technologies * Working knowledge of virtualization (KVM) and VM management software (oVirt, vSphere, OpenStack) * API testing
