Responsibilities:

• Sourcing CVs.
• Identifying open positions in coordination with department managers.
• Creating requisitions.
• Screening CVs as per JD requirements.
• Arranging interviews with candidates.
• Issuing offers and verifying documents.
• Experience in Workday.
• Experience of dealing with overseas agencies.
• Tracking complete recruitment project-wise.
• Experience in campaigns and bulk hiring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
