Join our US HRO team to deliver exceptional HR support across HR Operations, Ask HR, Payroll, Payroll Tax, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management. You'll partner with global stakeholders to provide accurate, compliant, and customer-focused HR services while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR Shared Services across one or more specialized HR functions.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, HR inquiries, payroll, compensation, or talent processes.
  • Resolve complex employee cases while ensuring compliance with US HR policies and regulations.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and support enterprise HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and manage escalations (Lead roles).

Experience

  • L2 (Senior Associate): 2–5 years of relevant HR Shared Services experience.
  • L3 (Lead): 4–7 years of relevant experience with subject matter expertise and mentoring or leadership exposure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Operations, Ask HR, US Payroll, Payroll Tax, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, or HR Shared Services.
  • Experience supporting US HR or Payroll processes is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with experience supporting US-based employees and customers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to work US night shifts from the Chennai office.
