Regional Sales Manager - Secured Loans

- Drive business growth for secured lending products (Home Loans, Affordable Housing Loans, Loan Against Property) across Maharashtra through DSA and Direct channels.

- Manage and expand the regional distribution network, ensuring strong relationships with DSAs, partners, and direct sourcing channels.

- Monitor business performance against defined targets and ensure achievement of revenue and portfolio quality goals.

- Assess credit proposals, monitor portfolio health, and ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

- Develop and implement strategies for scaling up business in the Maharashtra market.

- Lead, guide, and motivate the regional team to achieve business objectives.

- Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the secured lending space.
