Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview highly qualified full‑stack developers for various client requirements.
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Utilize a wide array of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of skilled full‑stack developers for current and future opportunities.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and technical leads to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies, programming languages, and development methodologies relevant to full‑stack roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Foster strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their job search.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or within a recruitment role focused on software development.
• Solid understanding of full‑stack development concepts, programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#), frameworks, and databases.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring full‑stack developers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical professionals.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and online sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A proactive, results‑driven mindset with a passion for technology and recruitment.
• Familiarity with the recruitment landscape in Gauteng is beneficial but not essential due to the remote nature of the role.
