What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will take ownership of the end-to-end remuneration review for a 5,000 employee workforce, driving the process from planning through to successful delivery.

With the organisation embarking on its first remuneration review cycle in SuccessFactors, you will project manage all aspects of the process, from budgeting and planning through to stakeholder engagement, communications and final outcomes. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on execution and delivery.

What's in it for you?
Based in either SYD or MEL, with the flexibility to work from home a couple of days p/w, you will enjoy the autonomy to apply your technical remuneration expertise and project management skills to a significant enterprise-wide initiative.

With HR, Finance and Systems colleagues ready to collaborate, this is an opportunity to bring your remuneration process and systems expertise to the fore and make a tangible impact.

What background do you have?
You have successfully managed multiple large-scale corporate rem reviews from end to end, from budgeting and planning through to implementation, either independently or as part of a larger corporate reward team.

Your project management skills are well developed, and you are confident working autonomously, managing competing priorities and delivering to tight timelines.

You will also bring strong working knowledge of either SuccessFactors or Workday, together with the credibility and communication skills to engage and influence senior business and HR stakeholders alike.

How do I apply or find out more?
We would love to share more about this opportunity!
