Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Revit Architect to support building design and documentation projects for our US-based client, focusing on Revit model management, architectural drawings, construction documentation, detailing, schedules, and multidisciplinary coordination.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit-based architectural experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage models and drawing sets for mid-rise, high-rise, or mixed-use buildings. Experience with US building codes, MEP coordination, lighting design, interior design, and clash detection is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Revit models and complete drawing sets for entire buildings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Develop detailed interior and exterior construction details to support project design, functionality, and buildability
• Produce comprehensive architectural drawings from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation phase
• Draft mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in Revit, including clash detection and coordination
• Create detailed window, door, lighting schedules, and material Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Support lighting design and interior design requirements for cohesive and functional spaces
• Research and specify building materials to improve sustainability, performance, and project outcomes
• Coordinate with US-based stakeholders, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Review drawings, models, specifications, and design documents for accuracy and consistency
• Provide regular updates to the team and line manager on design progress, issues, and deliverables
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture; licensed Architect is highly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the architectural industry, with strong exposure to Revit-based projects
• Experience working on mid-rise, high-rise residential, or mixed-use building projects
• Demonstrated experience in designing, modeling, detailing, rendering, and construction documentation using Revit
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong BIM, architectural detailing, and construction documentation skills
• Ability to produce drawings from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation phase
• Experience creating schedules, BOMs, and detailed architectural documentation
• Familiarity with US zoning and building codes is an advantage
• Experience designing or drafting mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite, and computational design is advantageous
• Excellent English communication skills for coordinating with US-based stakeholders and project teams
• Confident visual design presenter with strong attention to detail
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple design and documentation priorities
• Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
