Summary
Designs and manages compensation structures, pay analyses, and reward programs for a logistics company, ensuring market alignment and compliance with EU transparency rules.
What you'll do:
- Design, implement, and manage fixed and variable compensation structures
- Conduct regular pay analyses benchmarked against market data and internal policies
- Lead job architecture and job evaluation projects
- Manage the compensation revision cycle, bonus structures, and reward programmes
- Develop and deliver compensation training and workshops for managers and HRBPs
- Audit existing solutions and design improvements aligned with business needs
- Provide advisory support to managers and HRBPs on pay and benefits matters
- Play an active role in preparing the organisation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Own C&B projects from kick-off to delivery, end-to-end
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
- 2+ years in HR or C&B consulting
- Solid knowledge of pay surveys (e.g. Mercer) and benchmarking methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, large data sets, charts)
- Strong PowerPoint skills – ability to present complex data clearly to different audiences
- English at B2 level or above
- University degree
Nice to have:
- Experience in logistics or manufacturing (2+ years)
- IPE Mercer or GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certification
