Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative – Insurance Support

About the Role

We are hiring a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative to assist customers with insurance-related enquiries. You will provide information about products and coverage, support policy-related requests and ensure a professional customer experience in Romanian and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide detailed information about insurance products.
• Answer questions about coverage and policy-related matters.
• Assist with policy cancellations and other customer requests.
• Help insurance brokers direct their enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and maintain accurate customer records.
• Fluent Romanian and English.
• Experience as an insurance customer service representative.
• Friendly and professional demeanour.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Benefits
