Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 8,500 per month
About the role
RPA Developer role requiring 3-5 years of experience in robotic process automation development with banking process expertise. The role involves modelling and developing robotic processes, maintaining developer standards, and providing operational support.
Key responsibilities
Modelling and developing robotic processes during the project development stage
Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices
Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and pair-programming
Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development
Working directly with users to capture gaps and address them accurately according to process
Provide prompt reporting on progress and escalation of issues
Documentation of technical design and user guides
Deployment of codes as per change management process
Post deployment support and level 3 support
About you
Minimum 3-5 years RPA development experience
Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant RPA development and support experience
Prior experience in banking processes
Strong hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate Desktop development
Proven experience in attended and unattended bot setup, configuration, and support
Ability to troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement code fixes for bot-related issues
Good written and spoken English
Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Ability to adhere to regulations and standards
Able to work onsite and provide operational support as required
