The role involves designing automation workflows, integrating applications, troubleshooting bots, and collaborating with business and technical teams. Candidates should be comfortable working in US shift timings.
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing RPA solutions using Kofax Kapow to automate business processes. The role also involves database interactions using SQL, monitoring bot performance, and resolving automation-related issues.
You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and deliver effective solutions. The position also requires ensuring security compliance, providing technical support, and improving existing automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RPA solutions using Kofax Kapow.
- Design, configure, and optimize automation workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for database interactions.
- Troubleshoot automation issues and monitor RPA bot performance.
- Integrate RPA solutions with other applications and systems.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
- Provide technical support and training to end users.
