Rpa Developer

About the Role:

• The RPA Developer will design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create functional specifications for robotic processes.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the RPA infrastructure and ensuring that processes function effectively post-deployment.

Role & responsibilities :

• Developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Conducting root cause analysis of production issues and implementing corrective measures to ensure smooth operation.
• Documenting all processes and solutions in compliance with best practices and company standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in RPA tools and technologies, along with a solid understanding of scripting languages such as Python or Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and identify automation potential.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
