Sales Coordinator (No experience / up to $2,800 + AWS + VB / West)

Working days: 5 days weekly (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat)

Off day - Thursday; Rest day - Sunday

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address customer enquiries professionally.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Liaise directly with clients to resolve delivery and stock-related issues.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange and monitor deliveries.
• Prepare packing lists and ensure accurate documentation for warehouse operations.
• Arrange pallet retrieval and maintain updated pallet inventory records.
• Match signed delivery orders with tax invoices and verify documentation accuracy.
• Compile and submit daily sales reports.
• Prepare and mail invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain systematic filing of invoices and related documents.
• Prepare and apply product sticker labels as required.

Requirements

• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• Proficient in using computers and standard office applications.
• Strong administrative and document management skills.
