About the Role

Exotic Pet Café is seeking a customer-focused Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to handle sales, customer enquiries, bookings, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, phone and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Recommend and sell suitable pet products and services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate sales records.
• Manage grooming and boarding bookings.
• Follow up with customers and send treatment reminders.
• Support stock management and customer feedback collection.

Requirements

• 1–3 years' experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Comfortable handling dogs, cats and other pets.
• Proficiency in POS systems, Google Sheets or Excel.
• Must reside in or near Lekki/Ajah.
