This is a permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, lead qualification and appointment setting and is confident communicating with U.S. customers.
The successful candidate will play an important role in managing inbound enquiries and ensuring qualified opportunities are efficiently progressed through the sales pipeline.
About the Role
This is a lead qualification and appointment-setting position, rather than a traditional closing sales role.
You will be responsible for responding quickly to new enquiries, understanding the customer's requirements, qualifying opportunities and booking suitable appointments for the sales team.
You will also manage follow-ups, assist with Instagram enquiries and ensure the CRM remains accurate and up to date.

- Engage professionally and naturally with U.S. homeowners.
- Qualify leads based on:
- Property location

- Set appropriate expectations around typical project budgets without providing final pricing.
- Book qualified onsite appointments or route suitable enquiries for remote quoting.
- Follow up with leads who have not responded.
- Follow up on open quotes and opportunities.
- Manage conversations through Instagram DMs and convert suitable enquiries into phone conversations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes within the CRM.
- Keep pipeline stages, tasks and follow-ups up to date.
- Escalate pricing questions, discounts, design decisions, unusual projects and other matters requiring management input.
- Provide a short daily summary of activity, opportunities and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.
Requirements

- Exceptional spoken English with a clear, neutral and easy-to-understand accent.
- Warm, natural and confident communication style.

- Strong ability to qualify leads rather than simply book appointments.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills.
- Strong CRM and administrative discipline.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent follow-up and organisational skills.
- Comfortable discussing project budgets in the region of $1,500–$3,000+ without being pushy or providing final pricing.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who can create a warm and positive customer experience while maintaining strong qualification standards.
You should be able to have a genuine conversation with a customer, understand their needs and determine whether the opportunity is suitable before booking an appointment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Sound natural rather than scripted.
- Build rapport quickly.
- Listen carefully to customers.
- Know when to handle an enquiry and when to escalate it.
- Focus on quality appointments rather than appointment volume.
- Be highly organised with CRM and follow-up tasks.
- Take ownership of their work.
- Be comfortable working independently.
- Have a genuine interest in developing within a growing business.
Working Hours
Tuesday–Saturday: 18:00–02:00 SAST

Due to the U.S. working hours, candidates must be comfortable working a late shift and have a reliable home setup, including stable internet and electricity.
Long-Term Opportunity
This is a permanent, open-ended position and is not a seasonal role.
As the business continues to grow, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their responsibilities into additional areas of the business, including lead qualification, customer reactivation, booking estimates and CRM/pipeline management across other service divisions.
Application Process
If you are interested in the opportunity and meet the requirements, please submit your application.
