VP, Enterprise Product
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Direction
- Define and drive the strategy for Lifted’s platform (including integrations to products needed to improve sales and operational efficiency), aligning with company-wide priorities
- Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end product execution
- Make clear product tradeoffs, focusing the team on the highest-impact opportunities
- Translate ambiguous business and customer problems into product opportunities & solutions
- Lead across multiple product domains, balancing platform, customer experience, and internal tooling needs.
- Engineering Leadership & Execution
- Lead engineering execution across development, QA, DevOps, and releases
- Own both, product direction and engineering execution, ensuring alignment between what we build, how it’s delivered
- Own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Set a high bar for technical and product quality, ensuring strong architecture, performance, and reliability
- AI & Velocity
- Deploy AI to substantially increase velocity and quality across product and engineering, both customer-facing and for internal processes
- Leadership & Communication
- Build, lead & coach high-performing product, design, and engineering teams
- Champion a customer-first culture across product and engineering
- Establish and track clear product goals, outcomes, and success metrics tied to business performance
- Communicate vision, priorities, and progress with clarity, enabling efficient async collaboration
- Establish strong operating rhythms (planning, prioritization, and reviews) that drive alignment, accountability, and execution across teams.
- Act as a key partner to the GM and executive team, shaping company-level decisions through product insights, tradeoffs, and strategic recommendations.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in leading product management and engineering teams
- Proven track record of building teams and coaching PMs & engineers
- Demonstrated ability to operate in environments with competing priorities, incomplete information, and evolving product direction
- Experience building marketplace or platform products for Enterprise customers, ideally in staffing, workforce management, or HR tech, or other highly regulated environments where compliance is a key selling point
- Strong track record of delivering products that drive meaningful business impact (millions of users, hundreds of millions in revenue)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to significantly improve product velocity, quality, and team productivity
- Experience operating in environments with both software and service components (ideally in highly regulated environments)
- Strong technical judgment and credibility, with the ability to lead engineers, challenge decisions, and drive high-quality execution
The annual base salary range for this position is displayed below. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
