Sales Engineer (Japanese MNC I Semiconductor)

Job Description:

• Provide onsite technical support, installation, maintenance, and product evaluation for semiconductor customers.
• Troubleshoot test-floor issues and respond promptly to urgent service requests.
• Support new product setup, testing, and customer buy-off.
• Monitor and analyse test socket and pogo pin performance, yield, and defects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams in Singapore and Japan to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate customer feedback for product improvements.
• Support sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel to customer sites across Singapore.
• Semiconductor or electronics testing experience.
• Knowledge of IC packaging, test sockets, ATE, test handlers, or failure analysis is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and respond to urgent onsite support requests.
