Sales Engineer
Sine Engineering builds the technology behind reliable drone autonomy — communications, navigation, and control that keep multiple drones coordinated at once. Over 200 UAV manufacturers rely on our systems, and our technology powers most of the interceptor operations active today. Through a dual-use platform, we support civilian innovation while helping democratic nations strengthen their technological edge.
Any drone, any scale, anywhere — resilient communication, navigation, and coordination built for the age of autonomy. Our products have already proven themselves in real combat conditions in Ukraine.
We're now looking for a proactive, technically capable Sales Engineer to bridge our technology with what our customers actually need — working closely with clients, shaping technical solutions, and supporting the sales process with real product expertise.
Responsibilities:
Join customer meetings alongside sales team.
Carry out technical discovery to understand the customer's platform, architecture, operating environment, performance needs, and constraints.
Recommend appropriate products, configurations, interfaces, and integration methods.
Determine where standard products fit the customer's needs and where custom development or engineering evaluation is needed.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and product-fit issues early in the sales process.
Assist customers with initial configuration, bench testing, integration, and field testing.
Serve as the main technical point of contact between Sales and Engineering for active commercial opportunities.
Give Engineering the necessary context — customer use case, expected volumes, project stage, urgency, and commercial priority.
Help improve the company's technical discovery, evaluation, and handover processes.
Skills Requirements:
Strong technical understanding of electronics, radio communication, telecommunications, embedded systems, robotics, or unmanned systems.
Experience in sales engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical account management, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
Ability to understand a customer's system architecture and translate operational needs into technical requirements.
Ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to organize technical information and create clear documentation.
Ability to collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Integration teams.
English at B2 level or above.
Nice to Have:
Experience with UAVs, UGVs, USVs, robotics, defense technology, or other unmanned systems.
Knowledge of radio communication basics, including frequency bands, link budgets, antennas, modulation, interference, and data rates.
Experience with hardware integration, field testing, or proof-of-concept work.
If you're excited by the idea of building technology that shapes the future of drone autonomy — and want your work to have a real, tangible impact on defense and security — we'd love to hear from you. If you feel you're a strong match for this role, don't hesitate to apply. We're always looking for people who share our drive to push the boundaries of what's possible.
