Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while representing the brand professionally to prospective buyers and investors. Responsibilities - Identify and generate new sales leads through networking; referrals and digital channels - conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients - build and maintain strong client relationships - follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales - negotiate offers and close sales in line with company targets - maintain accurate records of client interactions and the sales pipeline - stay informed about market trends; competitor offerings and property values - collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on promotional campaigns. Requirements - Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate sales - strong communication; negotiation and interpersonal skills; self-motivated with a target-driven mindset - ability to work independently and manage a client pipeline - must reside in or be able to commute easily to Yaba; Lagos.
