Sales Executive

Job post – sales (b2b)

We are currently hiring a sales executive. This is a B2B field sales role with strong support from management and a structured training plan.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
• Proven experience in B2B sales
• Strong ability to generate leads and build client pipelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Good command of English

Preferred:

• Experience in cleaning equipment or related industries
• Strong market awareness and client network

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (field visits and meetings)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and close deals
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems
