Summary
Defines and governs the architectural vision for CRM and customer service solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem — designing scalable data models, security models, and integration patterns, and setting architecture/governance standards. Core stack: Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to define and govern the architectural vision for customer service and CRM solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
This role is responsible for establishing scalable solution designs, data models, integration patterns, and governance standards that enable business capabilities to be delivered consistently and efficiently. The Salesforce Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leaders to maximize platform value, maintainability, security, and user adoption.
Responsibilities
Define the target architecture and strategic roadmap for Salesforce-based solutions.
Design scalable and maintainable application, data, and integration architectures.
Establish and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, governance practices, and design principles.
Lead the design of complex CRM and customer service capabilities across multiple business domains.
Define data models, security models, and information architecture.
Create integration strategies connecting Salesforce with enterprise applications and external services.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with security, performance, scalability, and operational requirements.
Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend platform improvements.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills
Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and platform governance.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Fluent English.
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect).
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of integration platforms and middleware technologies.
Experience in Contact Center and Customer Experience environments.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
