Summary

Build and maintain Salesforce integrations and automations for a media platform’s content protection team, improving case management and protecting artists’ rights.

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer that will join the Policy & Safety product area, within Content Platform. You will help us maintain and update the Salesforce CRM tool used mainly by Content Protection Operators to manage and support case reviews for infringing content.

You will help us develop the future of how we protect content on the platform and protect Artist’s rights.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce with internal and 3rd party services Continuously improving the automations related to Salesforce and other tools

• Enhance the Case management process using the tools within Salesforce.

• Improve the maintainability and quality of the features/services

• Grooming and recommending best practices on requests from your colleagues.

• Design and develop flexible and scalable solutions that meet immediate business requirements from other teams

• Communicate with stakeholders to better understand user needs and implement the best solutions for those needs

• You are familiar with when to leverage out of the box features vs custom Flows vs custom code

• You have experience in building usable and scalable systems/applications

• You have experience building a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation

• You have experience with setting up Omnichannel, routing, Email-to case and escalation rules

• You have knowledge about email deliverability and troubleshooting You are familiar with Salesforce’s suite of APIs

• You are happy and willing to extend your software development skills outside of Salesforce

• You like to drive the best possible solution on whatever system you are working on

• You have experience using a source driven development scheme using CI/CD tools
