SAP EAM Solution Architect

Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱100,000 per month

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Solution Architect to join our growing team on a contract basis in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical strategic role in designing, developing and implementing comprehensive SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions tailored to meet our clients' complex business requirements. This position is essential to our delivery capability, ensuring that EAM implementations are robust, scalable and aligned with enterprise standards. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders, technical teams and project leadership to translate business needs into effective technical solutions that drive operational excellence and asset optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive SAP EAM solutions that align with client business objectives and technical requirements

• Conduct thorough business analysis and requirements gathering to understand asset management challenges and develop targeted solutions

• Create detailed technical designs, solution blueprints and architecture documentation that guide implementation teams

• Evaluate and recommend SAP EAM modules, configurations and best practices appropriate for each client environment

• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical developers and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery

• Provide strategic guidance on enterprise asset management processes, systems integration and data migration approaches

• Conduct design reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and industry standards

• Support client presentations and stakeholder engagement to communicate solution benefits and implementation roadmaps

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects and implementation team members

• Stay current with SAP EAM innovations, industry trends and emerging best practices in asset management

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of professional experience in SAP EAM solution architecture or enterprise asset management consulting

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP EAM modules, including core asset management, maintenance planning and work order management

• Proven expertise in designing complex enterprise solutions and translating business requirements into technical architectures

• Deep understanding of asset management processes, maintenance strategies and operational workflows across diverse industries

• Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, integration patterns and data models relevant to EAM implementations

• Experience with requirements analysis, solution design documentation and architecture frameworks

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams in fast-paced environments

• Relevant SAP certifications (such as SAP Certified Associate in SAP EAM or similar) are highly desirable

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset with attention to detail
