SAP HR Project Manager – Public Sector

About the role

At T-Systems, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with implementation experience to lead digitalization and modernization projects in the Human Resources area. Experience in the public sector will be valued.
You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors projects, coordinating functional and technical teams, as well as acting as the liaison with the client and business areas.

What you'll do

• Coordinate mixed teams (internal, client, and providers).
• Define, plan, and supervise functional and technical project activities.
• Ensure the correct parameterization and integration of Core, payroll, and talent modules.
• Prepare functional documentation, manage risks, scope and ensure fluid communication with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in SAP HCM for S/4HANA / H4S4 projects.
• Certification in SAP HR, PMI, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori HR Apps or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with digitalization processes for personnel files (GPG, ECM, SuccessFactors Employee Central…).
• Professional English for documentation and meetings with partners.
• Catalan.
• Experience in public tenders and contract management.

Requirements

• At least 10 years as an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager, leading functional and/or technical teams.
• Demonstrable experience in public sector projects (city councils, autonomous communities, ministries, universities, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of EC, ECP, and RC modules.
• Experience in team coordination.
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
