Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related program
- At least 4 years' experience as an HR Technical Consultant
- Must have experience in MySuccess, SAP HRIS, system integration & project management.
- At least 1 global or regional project (full-cycle implementation project/Successful Realization)
- Experience in IT Core Solutions for HR
- Preferred Technologies: SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Master Data (HR)
- Solid experience in SAP systems with at least 1 relevant SAP module (SAP FI - m/f/diverse) and in a multinational environment
- Business Process Know-How (Preferred: Experience in the operational Business, e.g., LKU, CKU, etc.)
