Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives in a fast‑paced airline environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven success working with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  

• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
  

• Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
  

• Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
  

• Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide clear executive‑level status reporting.
  

• Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams while maintaining delivery focus.
  

• Constructively challenge teams and vendors to improve execution and delivery outcomes.
  

• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience with 6+ years as a Scrum Master.
  

• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
  

• Excellent ownership, execution, and problem‑solving skills.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  

• Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
  

• Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
  

• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  

Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

Interview Process & Mode

• Initial Rounds: Virtual interviews via Teams/Zoom/Google Meet.
  

• Final Round: May be conducted online or in‑person at the nearest office (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad), depending on candidate location and availability.
  

• Process Flow: Screening → Technical/Agile assessment → Stakeholder/Managerial round → HR/Offer discussion.
