Summary
Scrum Master working with Ework Group's client in the banking industry in Gdansk (hybrid, 3 days/week in office from October). The role is an execution leader: facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving delivery of strategic initiatives end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, and championing AI/automation adoption across teams.

Working model: Hybrid (The person need to follow the internals with office present from October 3 times a week)
The Scrum Master acts as an Execution Leader responsible not only for facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching the team, but also for actively driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives from idea to implementation. The role combines Agile leadership, project execution, stakeholder management, delivery management, and AI enablement.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Execution Leader in a technology-driven environment
- Strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination capabilities
- Good understanding of API-based architectures, cloud technologies, infrastructure concepts, DevOps, and modern software development practices
- Understanding of Open Banking, digital platforms, or financial services technology ecosystems is considered a strong advantage
- Ability to engage effectively with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders without requiring hands-on technical expertise
- Proven interest in AI-driven ways of working and the ability to identify and drive adoption of AI, automation, and productivity-enhancing solutions across teams
