Security Cleared Software Engineer
Summary
A consultancy software engineer role supporting fortice's UK National Security and Defence Practice, delivering complex digital projects for Central Government (HMG) customers. Engineers work across flexible stacks (React/Angular front ends, Java/Python/Go back ends, AWS/Azure cloud) and must hold active SC clearance with DV vetting eligibility.
Salary: £43,000 - 83,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for experienced Software Developers, from early-career developers to experienced engineers and Tech Leads.
- We can consider developers from a range of technology stacks; skills in React, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript, Node, Java, Python, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Golang, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, and Azure are highly desirable.
- You must hold an active SC clearance and be eligible for DV level of UK Security Vetting.
- We will support the build-out of our National Security and Defence Practice in the UK.
- We will deliver complex digital projects supporting HMG Frameworks.
- We will work on a range of projects delivering into Central Government customers.
- We will participate in a two-stage interview process, including a 60-minute virtual meeting and a 90-minute technical interview.
