About the Position: This position is located at General Leonard Wood Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
Implement physical security policies (such as restricted access plans, perimeter security standards, crime prevention, etc.) and evaluate and designate critical facility assets
Analyze law enforcement and security threat intelligence, coordinate international travel security requirements, and support the organization during critical, real-world security incidents.
Provide technical management of facility alarms and electronic security systems for access control measures, establish organizational standards for correcting security weaknesses, and review facility design plans to ensure risk mitigation.
Safeguard proprietary, sensitive, and classified business information, conduct internal investigations into security policy violations, and assist in administering employee background checks and security screening process.
Conduct organizational vulnerability assessments, design and deliver employee security training, and ensure contracts align with regulatory security standards.
Assist the Emergency Manager in preparing disaster response and agency continuity plans and participate in all organizational emergency, security, and facility evacuation drills.
