Senior 3D Artist / Architectural Visualization & Studio Design
NewBe an early applicantSummary
Creates hyper-realistic 3D environments and set designs for live casino studios using 3ds Max or Blender and rendering engines like V-Ray.
This is not a typical game-development 3D Artist role. The position sits at the intersection of 3D visualization, architecture, interior and set design, broadcast production, and real-world fabrication.
Our 3D team designs environments and decorations for live casino studios and other broadcast spaces. The work starts with a concept and visual direction and continues through realistic visualization, client presentations, and preparation of materials that enable external manufacturers and contractors to bring the designs to life.
Responsibilities:
- Create hyper-realistic 3D environments, interiors, exteriors, and studio sets based on client briefs and creative concepts.
- Develop multiple visual concepts and design directions for client approval.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders for commercial presentations.
- Design physical studio decorations, architectural elements, backgrounds, and custom set pieces.
- Work with real-world dimensions, architectural drawings, floor plans, and technical constraints.
- Translate visual concepts into designs that can be physically manufactured and constructed.
- Prepare drawings, visual references, dimensions, specifications, and other technical materials for factories and contractors.
- Select and realistically represent materials, finishes, textures, lighting, and construction solutions.
- Create exterior architectural visualizations when required.
- Prepare polished visual materials and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback from clients, production, and technical teams and iterate designs accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Production, Technical teams, designers, Procurement, and external manufacturers.
- Use AI tools as part of the creative and production workflow for concept generation, ideation, reference creation, material exploration, image enhancement, and automation of repetitive tasks.
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max and/or Blender.
- Experience with professional rendering engines such as Corona Renderer, V-Ray, Cycles, or equivalent.
- Experience in architectural and interior visualization.
- Strong 3D modelling and environment creation skills.
- Solid understanding of lighting, camera composition, PBR materials, textures, and realistic material behaviour.
- Understanding of architecture, construction principles, and spatial planning.
- Ability to read and work with architectural drawings and floor plans.
- Understanding of real-world dimensions, proportions, and scale.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent image-processing tools.
- Experience designing TV studios, broadcast environments, film sets, advertising sets, exhibition stands, event decorations, or commercial interiors.
- Experience preparing designs for real-world fabrication and manufacturing.
- Understanding of furniture and decoration manufacturing technologies.
- Knowledge of materials such as MDF, plywood, metal, glass, acrylic, plastics, fabrics, LED elements, decorative coatings, and printed surfaces.
- Experience with Unreal Engine.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video-production software.
- Experience creating animation and camera fly-throughs.
- Experience working with CAD drawings or software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, or similar, and experience integrating them into professional 3D visualization workflows.
A portfolio is mandatory. We are particularly interested in portfolios demonstrating:
- Architectural & Interior Visualization — photorealistic interiors, commercial spaces, retail, hospitality, and architectural exteriors.
- Studio & Set Design — TV / broadcast studios, film and advertising sets, exhibition and event environments, and custom-made decorative elements.
- Photorealism & Visual Quality — strong lighting, materials, textures, composition, proportions, and attention to detail.
- Real-World Design & Fabrication — projects showing how 3D concepts were translated into technical drawings, manufacturing documentation, or finished physical environments.
