Key Responsibilities Design technical solutions that align with business requirements, performance objectives, security standards, and architectural guidelines. Develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications while ensuring high-quality code and optimal system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues through root cause analysis and effective technical support. Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles. Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC to deliver quality solutions on time. Stay current with new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development team. Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile Qualifications IT-related Degree or Diploma (BSc, BTech, or equivalent). Experience Minimum 3+ years' experience in Java software development. Proven experience designing and developing enterprise applications within structured SDLC environments. Experience with application support, troubleshooting, testing, and mentoring development teams. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles and Java fundamentals. Experience with EJB, JSF, HTML, JQuery, JAXB, SOAP Web Services, SQL, XML/XSD, and UML. Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, prompt engineering, and problem-solving using LLMs. Advantageous experience with REST APIs, JSON, Apache Camel, Git, CSS, HTML5, JBOSS, and web server configuration.
