Salary: £130,000 - 143,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven track record in advanced AI prompt engineering combined with traditional software and automation engineering.
- Hands-on expertise using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude Code for code generation, review, and refactoring.
- Deep proficiency in PowerShell scripting, enterprise automation, and system administration.
- Strong database background, specifically with SQL Server.
- Programming proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or advanced PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIs.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and enterprise automation platforms.
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and knowledge systems.
- Previous experience deploying AI solutions within large-scale or regulated enterprise environments.
- Design, optimize, and manage advanced prompts for GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot (M365 & Studio), and Claude/Claude Code.
- Develop and maintain complex PowerShell scripts to support AI-driven workflows and enterprise system integrations.
- Build, support, and scale AI-enhanced automation pipelines and internal developer tooling.
- Securely integrate LLM capabilities into existing platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise systems.
- Establish prompt engineering standards, governance patterns, and evaluation metrics for AI output quality and cost.
