Senior Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application support, particularly with technologies such as Node.js and React.js, and a strong understanding of PostgreSQL databases. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and performance of our applications, as well as providing technical support to our users. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert application support for our software solutions, ensuring high availability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and integration with APIs. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement improvements in application performance and user experience. - Conduct debugging and coding tasks as necessary to resolve issues and enhance application features. - Manage and monitor application deployments in cloud environments, particularly using Azure and Kubernetes. - Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles to assist team members and users. - Participate in on-call support rotation as needed to ensure 24/7 application availability. Required Skills: - Strong experience in application support and troubleshooting. - Proficiency in Node.js and React.js frameworks. - Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and API integrations. - Excellent coding and debugging skills. - Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure, and container orchestration using Kubernetes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
