Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect Engineer / Technical Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, design knowledge, and hands-on experience in GCC construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and develop architectural and technical designs in line with project requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company standards
- Manage technical documentation, drawings, and submittals
- Provide technical support during project execution
- Monitor project progress and resolve any design or technical issues
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the construction industry
- GCC experience is required
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in design and technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
