Senior Assistant Manager, Human Resource (HRBP and Staff Wellbeing)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Senior HRAssistant Manager to join our team in a role that combines HR responsibilitieswith support for our strategic staff wellbeing initiatives. This positionoffers an excellent opportunity to contribute to various aspects of humanresources management while playing an active role in enhancing employeewellbeing.

You will be responsible for the full spectrum ofrecruitment functions in meeting the manpower requirements of departments. Youwill partner with stakeholders in human resource management matters relating toemployee relations and performance management. In addition, you will beresponsible for managing essential HR functions including medical benefitsadministration and maintenance of employee records.

An important aspect of this role is supporting thestrategic planning and execution of staff wellbeing programmes that align withour organisational goals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating staffwellbeing activities and gathering employee feedback to evaluate effectivenessof these programmes.

Requirements:

• Degree Qualification
• Proficient in statutory labour regulations
• At least 5 years’ related experiences, prior work experience in public healthcare will be an advantage
• Good Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
• Able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
