Senior/Associate Engineer
Job Description:
- Line support to machine troubleshooting.
- Responsible for Housekeeping, spares and other logistical property control.
- Ensure handler performance optimization.
- Assist with handler/prober conversion & troubleshooting support
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical and Material Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in the following Semicon processes is preferred
- Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays as rostered
