We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join a long-term modernization initiative focused on backend service development, system integration, and large-scale data migration efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who can design scalable solutions, drive technical decisions, and deliver high-quality backend services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using .NET Core
- Architect and implement high-performance gRPC services and APIs
- Lead data migration activities, including planning, execution, validation, and optimization
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
- Review code, establish development standards, and promote best practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution efforts
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of backend software development experience
- Strong expertise in .NET Core and gRPC
- Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL, and database performance tuning
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems architectures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership within a development team
