Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code using the Django framework. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for various applications. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and technical specifications. Implement data storage solutions, including relational databases and potentially No SQL solutions. Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with the Django or Flask framework. Demonstrable experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of database design and management (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL). Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in an Agile development environment. Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Java Script, React) is beneficial but not required.
