# Senior Backend EngineerThe company is focused on building data and AI infrastructure solutions for enterprise and government clients.WFOFull-time1 opening## Interested in this role?Submit your application to The company is focused on building data and AI infrastructure solutions for enterprise and government clients..Apply for this roleAbout the role- Design and build backend services in Go and Python that handle high-throughput workloads, complex business logic, and integration with internal and external systems- Design and maintain relational data models in PostgreSQL: schema design, indexing, query optimization, and migrations- Implement caching layers using Redis and integrate with message queue or pub/sub systems for event-driven workflows- Build and maintain REST and gRPC APIs with proper error handling, authentication, pagination, versioning, and documentation- Integrate with platform services: Keycloak for authentication (OIDC flows, token validation), Kong for API gateway routing, and HashiCorp Vault for secret retrieval- Write automated tests and maintain CI/CD pipelines on GitLab- Containerize services and deploy them on Kubernetes (RKE2): Dockerfiles, Helm charts, and deployment through ArgoCD or GitLab CI/CD- Monitor your services in production: structured logging, metrics instrumentation, and dashboards. You own the health of what you shipRequirements- 5+ years of backend engineering, with production experience in Go and Python- Has designed and operated PostgreSQL schemas for applications beyond simple CRUD- Production experience with at least one message queue or pub/sub system (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or equivalent)- Has deployed services on Kubernetes in production, including writing Dockerfiles- Has built and maintained CI/CD pipelinesPreferred- Experience with Redis beyond simple string caching- Has authored Helm charts, not just consumed them- Familiarity with Keycloak or equivalent identity provider- Has worked in a team using GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or Flux)Screening questions* Would you be willing to work WFO in the Pondok Labu, Jakarta area on a full-time basis?
