Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, particularly in the areas of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs). This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the solutions developed meet the needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. - Develop BRDs and FRDs to guide the development and implementation of data solutions. - Analyze data from various sources, including Data Lakes and Data Warehousing systems, to provide insights that drive business decisions. - Work with technical teams to ensure that data platforms and analytics solutions are aligned with business needs. - Participate in migration projects, ensuring that data integrity and quality are maintained throughout the process. - Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Required Skills: - Strong experience in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs. - Proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with data platforms and warehousing concepts. - Experience with Databricks and data migration processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
