Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and analytics. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements. - Develop and maintain BRDs and FRDs to guide project development and implementation. - Analyze data from various sources, including Data Lakes and Data Warehousing solutions, to provide insights and recommendations. - Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and availability for reporting and analysis. - Participate in the migration of data and systems to new platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback. - Utilize tools such as Databricks to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of BRDs and FRDs. - Familiarity with Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and analytics tools. - Experience with Databricks and data migration processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
