Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and business requirements documentation, with a focus on data platforms and warehousing. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include: 1. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. 2. Developing and maintaining BRDs and FRDs to guide project development. 3. Analyzing data from various sources, including Data Lakes and Data Warehousing solutions, to provide insights that drive business decisions. 4. Working closely with data engineering teams to support data migration and modernization initiatives. 5. Utilizing tools such as Databricks to enhance data analytics capabilities. Required skills for this role include a strong understanding of data analytics, experience with BRDs and FRDs, familiarity with data platforms and warehousing, and proficiency in Databricks.
