About this role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our ERP and Finance team on a fixed-term contract for six months.

Reporting to the Project Edge Project Manager, you will represent St Andrew's interests throughout the ERP implementation and help ensure solution delivered by EY and other vendors is suitable for the hospital's current and future process needs.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring exceptional facilitation, critical-thinking documentation and communication skills.

Must be Adelaide-based with no WFH opportunity at the start

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior client-side business analyst representing St Andrew's Hospital.
• Prepare SMEs for EY workshops, sprints, demonstrations (called Showcases), testing and decisions, and attend key sessions with them.
• Analyse and validate current-state processes where necessary and define, review and confirm future-state processes.
• Identify cross-functional impacts, hand-offs, exceptions, controls, dependencies and process ownership.
• Lead the analysis of St Andrew's delegations of authority as they relate to ERP workflows and approvals and how this flows through to process change.
• Assess impacts on approval routing, financial and purchasing controls, system roles, access, segregation of duties, exceptions, reporting and auditability.
• Work in partnership with the Business Systems Manager to finalise and maintain the Project Edge test strategy with EY.
• Develop and review business scenarios, test scripts, expected results and acceptance criteria covering processes, workflows, controls, data, integrations and exceptions.
• Support the data migration stream led by the Senior Solution Analyst / Technical Solution Architect.
• Document reporting needs of the business.

About You

• Demonstrated senior-level business analysis experience on complex ERP implementations or enterprise transformation programs.
• Significant healthcare experience, preferably within a private hospital or private healthcare environment.
• Proven client-side experience representing the interests of the implementing organisation.
• Strong process analysis, process mapping, requirements, control design and future-state design capability.
• Experience supporting SMEs through sprints, design, testing, acceptance, go-live and hypercare.
• Experience developing test strategies, scenarios, scripts, acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Experience analysing delegations of authority, workflow approvals, user roles or segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Understanding of data migration, data quality, reconciliation and reporting dependencies.
• Exceptional facilitation, critical-thinking, documentation and communication skills.
• Private hospital Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain or clinical-support experience.
• Microsoft ERP experience.
• Data warehouse, analytics or enterprise-reporting experience.
• Relevant business-analysis, process-improvement or testing qualifications.
